The following is a list of products available depending on seasonal produce. (My apologies for the lack of photos, I will be adding more over time)
Raw and Vegan foods
We have several raw (uncooked) vegan items:
Chocolate Caramel Slice
This raw food slice uses agave syrup (and no other processed sugars) with tahini for the caramel center. The chocolate topping is made of carob and cacao all sitting on a delicious nut base.
Dairy Free Cheese Cake!
Using a similar nut base to the Caramel slice, the cheese cake is made from Cashews. Depending on the season, it includes a berry topping (Raspberries or Blueberries for example)
All our raw foods should be kept chilled and all freeze well.
We do various tray bake brownies including:
A rich chocolate brownie.
Salted Caramel Brownie
Similar to the Chocolate Brownie with a Dairy Free Caramel swirl and a light topping of sea salt to for crunch.
The source for all our chocolate is a dark high cocoa Belgian brand that is gluten free (including no cross contamination)
Fruit loaf styles
We do a variety of seasonal cakes drawn from what we have grown in our garden:
A moist, light slice which keeps well. The zucchini helps keep the cake moist and yummy!
Chocolate Mud Cake
Rich and decadent, keeps well in the fridge assuming you don’t eat it all at once. We sell these packaged and in slices at markets
Another popular cake, sold packaged or in slices, this is full of ginger and is indeed sticky!
Other cakes include:
- Dutch Apple (in season)
- Raspberry and Almond (in season)
- Red Velvet
- Spiced Apple (in season)
Our cups vary depending on season and include the following:
- Lemon-curd Butterfly Cupcake
- Red velvet
- Strawberry (or other berries in season)
We do several styles of Gluten and Dairy free breads (all vegan) including:
- Small Cob Loaf
- High top Sandwich bread
- Rolls (Hamburger, hot dog, small dinner rolls etc)
- Olive breads
All our bread freezes and toasts well and has a flavor and crumb very similar to any french style bread. It does not include any egg and does NOT have a cake like texture that plagues most gluten free breads.
Almond, Pistachio and Cranberry Nougat
Our nougat recipe is based on a style from the South of France, which is lighter and softer than the harder styles normally sold but still deliciously chewy.
The almond, pistachio and cranberry is the standard favorite but we have other options that we produce from time to time, including plain roasted almond or a simple vanilla.
